In total, there are 25 companies and a workforce of 60 operating in Dunhill Ecopark. The companies which are based here enjoy a wide range of supports from business mentors to shared services. In 2014, four artisan food businesses won the prestigious 'McKenna Guide Awards'. (See three of these below)

Norbert Thul and Audrea Hassett are new wave producers of Irish chutneys, jams and pickles. Their lovely business, Tastefully Yours, has been receiving acclaim at the highest levels since it was established in 2009. These two are working colleagues and best friends, and that good energy comes across in everything they do and make.

Glorious Sushi

Glorious Sushi founded by Tetyana Zhemerdyey is a company based in Waterford South East Ireland, who produce mouth-watering handmade sushi which is a great alternative to fast food and the boring old sandwich!. Glorious Sushi combines the best of local ingredients such as fish and vegetables with nori (typical Japanese seaweed), wasabi and umeboshi (pickled Japanese plum) and rice.

Elda Wild Irish Venison

With the hunting season just started , it seems like a perfect time to introduce to you a relatively new company in Waterford called Elda Wild Irish Venison . Elda Wild Irish Venison was established by Jason Conway in 2012. He is a native of Waterford and for many years has combined his passion for hunting with a deep respect for nature, its plants and wildlife.
